If your delivery area is not stated in this list, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to delivery our Instant Chicken Breast to you.
At this point of time, we are not able to delivery to other states to keep our products fresh. We are working on alternative to expand our delivery coverage. Stay tuned.

How much are the delivery charges?

Delivery is FREE for order above RM 250.

Otherwise, it ranges from RM10 to RM30, please refer to your checkout page for exact charges to respective area.

How long does the delivery take?

As we pledged to keep our products fresh, we currently require an order to be made 1 DAY in advance. In another words, we do NEXT DAY Delivery.

Can I pick my delivery date?

We now delivery on every Tuesday, and Thursday to Sunday from the time 9AM to 5PM!

The temperature of the product is also being monitored throughout the delivery process to ensure its best quality, please select the delivery date and time in 2-hour time slot that best fit your schedule during the checkout.

Special arrangement can be made to meet your busy schedule, kindly WhatsApp us.

Do you provide self-pick-up service?

We do not provide self-pick-up services. All our orders are dispatched directly from our home-based kitchen and we do not have a physical outlet.

If you really wish to, contract us and we will try our best to cater to your requests.

How do I store your products and for how long?

Our products are delivered in frozen state to keep them fresh during the delivery process. Please keep the products refrigerated as soon as you receive them.

They can be stored in the freezer up to 3 months or in the chiller up to 5 days, provided they are not thawed and then frozen again.

Under 0-4°C at chiller best consume within 5 days.

Under -18°C at freezer best consume within 3 months.
